Jen Hutchinson

Jenna’s story begins in the United Kingdom, where she worked as a police officer and painted commissions on the side. A trip to Mexico changed everything. After sharing her artwork with a host, she realised her potential to create live wedding and event illustrations professionally.

Within ten days she planned her business, sketched logos, and prepared for a new chapter. Three years later a full-time artist, she is one of South Africa’s most sought-after live wedding illustrators.

Wedding Painter SA - Services

Four people are gathered around a painting or photo, with one person appearing to be the artist or photographer. GUEST PORTRAITS

These wedding ceremony paintings become lifetime keepsakes and can include framing options. Many couples choose to display the ceremony painting during the wedding reception for a big reveal moment later in the evening, creating an additional live wedding entertainment feature as guests watch the artwork develop throughout the celebration.

The Love Leaf Tree wedding guest experience is a custom designed, hand painted wedding artwork created in collaboration with each couple. Every tree is designed to match wedding colours, wedding themes, and couple personality. During drinks reception or post ceremony celebrations, guests add leaves, fingerprints, or messages, creating an interactive wedding guest experience and a modern alternative to a traditional wedding guestbook. Throughout the wedding day, guests watch the artwork grow and blossom, before being professionally finished by the artist and presented ready to take home.
